About 5 years ago, I bought a new washing machine. The old one, that was a really cheapy one that after about 10+ years was starting to stutter, so it was time for a new one. For... reasons... I went with a brand new and bloody expensive one, that was expensive because.... it was a premium brand. No other reason.
About a week ago, I noticed small rubber particle inside the drum. That didn't looked good. Since the machine was only 5 years old and it was a premium brand, I contacted the vendor and they said they were going to send a techie out.
The techie arrived yesterday (I was at home waiting of course), he took a look at the machine and sentenced that it was something something broken and couldn't be repaired. Then handed out an invoice for 78euro for "technical service".
This morning, I received a phone call by the shop that wanted to offer me a replacement for the old machine for a brand new one for the modicum price of 980euro...
I've picked the wrong field...
